For items purchased from November 1st 2021 until December 24th 2021 we are pleased to offer extended returns for the festive period. Customers can return their purchases back to our warehouse for a refund or exchange until January 31st 2022.


We hope that you are 100% satisfied with TEVA product, however should you change your mind about any purchase, you can of course return this free of charge. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt using one of our free post return solutions. Items should be returned unworn and in their original branded shoe box.

Great news, we have moved to online returns! We will no longer be sending paperwork inside your parcel and all returns should be processed via our new portal.

Please retain your proof of posting until your return has been processed. Kindly note, that we cannot take responsibility for any items sent back by an alternative courier or service. You will receive an email as soon as your refund or exchange has been processed. Please allow up to 20 working days from the date of return.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method only. For credit and debit card transactions, we advise that funds can take 7-10 working days to be processed by your card issuer. If any exchange cannot be processed due to lack of inventory, then a refund will be issued.

Items must be returned in their original branded packaging. Items worn or damaged cannot be accepted and will be returned to the customer at the original address provided.

If you need to return an item purchased at one of our authorised retailers, please contact them for further assistance or return to the store of purchase. We cannot refund or exchange items purchased from another retailer.
