We hope that you are 100% satisfied with your Teva product(s), however should you change your mind about any teva-eu.com purchase, you can of course return free of charge within 30 days for a refund or exchange.

  • Returns or exchange requests should be made within 30 days of delivery.
  • Please make sure items are returned unworn and in their original packaging.
  • You can return either using the form enclosed in your parcel, or by registering your request through our online portal.
  • Please retain your proof of posting until your return has been processed. We cannot take responsibility for any items sent back by a courier other than DPD or Royal Mail.
  • If any exchange cannot be processed due to lack of inventory, then a refund will be issued.
  • You will receive an email as soon as your refund or exchange has been processed.
  • Please note that processing your request could take up to 20 working days. Please reach out to our Customer Service team if 20 days has passed and you have not heard from us.

Please note the above applies only to purchases made on teva-eu.com/en/gb/. For Teva purchases made elsewhere, please contact the retailer for their return policies.

To request a refund or exchange, please post your item(s) back to us either using the form and labels included in your parcel, or by registering a return in our Returns Portal to generate a new label. You will need your order number and shipping/billing postcode for the Returns Portal, and your label should be securely fixed to your parcel before posting.

You can choose to drop your return off at a local Post Office or DPD Drop-Off Point, or arrange to have it collected via the Royal Mail's Parcel Collect service.

Please allow up to 20 working days from posting your items for the refund or exchange to be processed.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method only. We aim to process your refund within 20 working days of posting, but please be aware that during peak periods it may take a little longer. You can check the status of your return here.

Please contact us if after 20 working days you have not received an update.

We offer a one-year limited warranty on all items purchased on teva-eu.com. If you feel that your product is showing unusual degradation within that one-year timeframe, please reach out to our Customer Service team with pictures of the damage as well as your order number. Please see our dedicated page for more information about what is covered as part of our warranty.

Please note our Warranty only covers products purchased from teva-eu.com.

All returned items are inspected upon arrival at our warehouse. Items that remain in a resellable, unworn condition are put back on sale. Items that have been lightly worn are donated to our partner Soles4Souls. In 2022-2023 we donated more than 18,000 units to support micro-enterprises and entrepreneurs in developing nations, diverting product away from landfill and creating opportunity.

Items that are in unwearable condition and therefore cannot be donated or resold are disposed of in line with our Deckers recycling and repurposing guidelines.
